“Organize your receipts”
by Cyril Roger
Small business owners know the pain it is, at the end of the day, to file all those receipts. Well, if you have the patience to scan them, you can actually store them on your Mac and never worry about them again. ReceiptWallet offers a clear interface, with a list view of your items and a thumbnail view of your receipts, you can create smart collections to quickly filter through them and create new items from a side window.
Oddly enough, you can only add 3 more custom fields to the list view, but ReceiptWallet remains a fairly flexible application. It lets you scan one by one or multiscan all of your receipts. You can also print and email them in a click.
A simple solution to storing your receipts, ReceiptWallet offers enough options to really cut out the repetitive work for you.

With ReceiptWallet, scan it in, put in a note that it is a rebate and you can quickly find the rebates later on.
